Everything about this place was average.

It was average. Getting your car out of valet parking was challenging.

Hotel was nice, convenient, and comfortable.

Stayed in the West tower which had the newer rooms. Mildly surprised the room was clean, comfortable, and modern-looking. We ate at the Steak House restaurant and enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. The food was great and staff attentive. ...read more

The room was very comfortable and relaxing.

Getting from the front desk to the rooms was a little confusing but other than that it was wonderful.

The valet parking people were very nice. And it was complimentry. Great bonus. The buffet was clean and very good food. We were not there very long due to an appointment.

I liked the close proximity to downtown.

I hated having to walk through to casinos in my gym clothes to find the fitness center. Then being charged $10 once I got there.

Hotel staff was never to be found. The fitness center charged $10 which I thought was ridiculous to use a treadmill for 20 minutes. No snack vending machines on the premises. I won't be staying at a Harrah's again.
